Welcome to Worm Burner, operated by Bayceline Enterprises LLC ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account and using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Worm Burner. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

2. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Create only one account for personal use
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Not share your account credentials with others
Not transfer your account to another person

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create and post ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Worm Burner a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.

The Worm Burner name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

4. Privacy & Location Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Location Privacy: We collect your zip code to connect you with nearby golfers. Your specific zip code is never displayed to other users - only your city and state are visible. Location data is optional but required for distance-based matching features.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Worm Burner only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Impersonate another person or entity
Post content that is illegal, obscene, or hateful
Spam, solicit, or send unsolicited commercial messages
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Use automated means to access or scrape the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Safety, Blocking & Reporting

We provide tools to help keep our community safe:

Blocking: You may block any user at any time. Blocked users cannot view your profile, posts, or contact you. Blocks are private.
Reporting: You may report users who violate these Terms. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with any investigation of reported misconduct.

7. Communication Between Users

Messaging is available only between mutually connected users. You are solely responsible for your communications with other users. Exercise caution and good judgment when communicating with or meeting other users. We do not conduct background checks on users and make no guarantees about user behavior.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF USER PROFILES OR THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER. USE CAUTION WHEN MEETING OTHER USERS IN PERSON.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORM BURNER AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Worm Burner and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, either party may pursue other legal remedies. You agree that any legal action shall be filed in the state or federal courts located in the State of Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice within the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

14. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, your profile, posts, and personal data will be permanently removed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

Sections 3, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and this section shall survive termination.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
